Materials and Care

- Microfibre towel inner

- Polyester polar fleece outer

To preserve the fibres in the microfibre and to ensure that they continue to work effectively to absorb moisture please observe the following:

- Your drying coat can be washed in a washing machine at temperatures up to 40 degrees celcius.
- Only use non-biological powders/liquids. Do not use fabric conditioners or softeners, or dual action tablets.

Air drying is preferable for microfibre, and you will find that your drying coat will dry relatively quickly if hung up.

Tumble drying is not recommended.

The Lomond Dog Drying Coat is our entry level dog drying coat. This dog jacket has a classic shape with a hook and loop fastening at the neck and waist strap for quick removal and easy adjustment.



  • Microfibre towelling inner and a polar fleece outer layer. 
  • Use to warm and dry your dog after exercise or dog sports
  • Great for putting on your dog after a walk in the rain, a swim in the sea or after a bath.
  • The dog drying coat fits snug on your dog for maximum contact with the fur ensuring that moisture is absorbed quickly.
  • The Lomond Dog Drying Coat has a hook and loop fastening at the neck and waist strap for quick removal and easy adjustment.
  • Machine washable. 

 

Personalise your Drying Coat

Add an individual touch to your Freckles Drying Coat by embroidering your dog's name onto it for just £9.00. Enter a maximum of 9 letters per line (max 2 lines of text) and you can choose from 4 different thread colours to complement the fleece outer. (Embroidery may not be as visible on patterned fabrics.) Please note that embroidered coats cannot be returned so please ensure that you order the correct size for your dog and I recommend that you always measure your dog. Lomond drying coat- excellent

Excellent product and perfect design for my dog (hates anything going over his head). It arrived within the times quoted (which was perfect as we were going away). Packaging was good and personal touch of a hand written card. Would highly recommend and will purchase again in the future. Thank you

Excellent dog drying coat- it is really well made and perfect for my touch sensitive dog as there is no need to put it over his head like a lot of the other dog drying coats. It was sent out in a really good time and I’m so pleased we had it in time to go away to Northumberland (as it happened it was sunny all week but you never know!) would definitely recommend and will purchase again in the future.

Good coat but...

I was really disappointed with the packaging. I'd see the coat at my vets but decided to buy online so I could check sizing. So I was disappointed to open the package and the coat was just there with no wrapping at all and had some black fluff bits over it too. I expected more.

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were disappointed with the unwrapping but I use minimal packaging to reduce waste and I ship all orders in recycled mailbags.
The black fluff will have been tiny fragments of the towel lining that appear when I cut the fabric - they get everywhere, just ask my husband! I lint roll all products before sending out to remove all the tiny bits but I must have missed a few so apologies for that.
I do hope that you are happy with your drying coat.
