What happens if a standard size coat isn't suitable for my dog?
As all Freckles dog coats are handmade in Scotland I can make a custom size coat for you dog, and you will find this option is available on products pages.
** Please note that I have stopped making custom sized coats. **

Do you have a shop I can visit?
I do not have a shop that you can visit. All the coats are made in my workshop and home studio. If you live in Scotland I will be at shows through out the summer and you can view this list of events here.
If you do have any questions about sizing or fabric please do not hesitate to contact me by email, whatsapp or non social media.
Can you make me a drying coat in a different colour fleece?
I have a lot of plain colour fleeces available, but should you wish me to make you a drying coat in another colour there will be an additional £5 charge. This is to cover the shipping cost of ordering a piece in especially and the difference between wholesale and retail price for purchasing a small piece of fabric.
Please email me at hello@freckles-deisgns.co.uk should you wish to place an order for a coat in a custom colour, letting me know the size, style and colour you would like and I will email you an invoice for payment which included the additional custom colour charge.
What are your current dispatch times?
Items in stock will be posted out within 2 working days. The timescales for made to order items will vary throughout the year but current timescales can be found on the product and cart pages.
If the coat doesn't fit can I exchange / return it?
Of course. Please do measure your dog first to minimise any need to exchange your coat, but there is no problem at all exchanging/returning your coat is needs be. Please click here to go the page that explains the exchanges / returns procedure.
Please note that custom sizes and personalised items cannot be exchanged/returned.
I am ordering on an Android mobile and I can't see where to enter my discount code.
Once you have added your items to your basket click on the Checkout button. You will be taken to the page where you are to enter your shipping address (Diagram 1). Click on "Show Order Summary" at the top of the page and the box where you can enter your discount code will appear (Diagram 2).
My dog doesn't like the noise of velcro, can you make your drying coats with a buckle instead?
Some dogs may initially not like the noise of velcro, but most dogs soon become accustomed to it. However, I can make you a drying coat with a webbing strap and plastic buckle instead should you prefer, for the same price as those with velcro straps.
Please note that as no stock is held for drying coats with buckle straps that your order will be a Made to Order item. The option for the buckle straps is also only available for the Tay, Ness and Gartmorn styles (ie it is not possible to provide this for the Lomond style).
If you do wish to order a drying coat with a buckle strap, please just order as normal on the website and either leave a note at checkout or drop me an email to let me know that you wish a buckle strap in lieu of velcro.
Do you supply to trade?
There are a number of hydrotherapy centres, groomers and independent pet stores that stock Freckles Drying Coats. If you are interested please email me at hello@freckles-designs.co.uk to request a trade price list and for further information.
Can you an embroider a logo onto a drying coat?
Yes, there is however a £26 one off set-up fee to cover the cost of someone converting your logo into a stitching pattern for me. The cost of embroidery is then £9 per coat. You can find out about more HERE.
