Freckles Designs is small business who is based in, and ships from, Scotland.

I post worldwide (with the exception of the EU) - if your country does not appear as a shipping option, please drop me a message and I can add it or provide you with a shipping quote.

Unfortunately, due to the new GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation) which is an European Union (EU) regulation that came into effect on December 13th 2024, and which requires businesses to have an authorised representative who resides in the EU, I am currently unable to ship to European and Northern Irish addresses.

Delivery Timescales

Items in stock will be posted out within 2 working days.

If the item is a Made to Order / Custom Size or Embroidered item an order can be placed. Delivery timescales are stated on each order page underneath the Add to Cart button.

Please note that if your order is for more than one item, all items will be dispatched together - this includes orders where some items may be in stock and others require to be made. They will be dispatched together within the longest timescale provided.

The utmost care and attention goes into all Freckles Designs' products meaning that you receive quality items that are worth the wait.

Payment

Payment will be taken at the time of placing the order. Most major credit/ debit cards are accepted, along with Paypal, Apple Pay and other similar e-payment options.

Discount codes

If you have a discount code, please select the Checkout option (not the Checkout with Paypal or Express Checkout) from the Cart page and you will be able to enter the discount code on the next page. You will still be able to select Paypal as your payment method further into the checkout process.

 

UK Shipping 

There is a flat rate charge of £4.50 for postage and packaging to UK addresses, including the Channel Islands. (Except for orders with a value of less than £10.00, where a p&p charge of £2.50 is applied). Orders over £100 will have free shipping automatically applied at checkout.

As I am a small business with many items being made to order, please refer to individual product pages for anticipated posting times. 

All items to UK addresses will be posted out by Royal Mail 24 Tracked service.  

 

Prices and VAT

Freckles Designs is located in Scotland and all of the prices shown on the website are in GBP Sterling. Please note that I am not VAT registered (UK sales tax)  as I am currently below the VAT threshold and so all sales are non-VAT. There is therefore no VAT element to remove for VAT-Free overseas sales.

 

International Shipping

£12.00 - for orders up to £10

£17.50 - for orders between £10 and £90

£20.00 - for orders between £90 and £200

 

Canada Shipping (Canada Post)

£12.00 - for orders up to £10

£20.00 - for orders between £10 and £90

£28.00 - for orders between £90 and £200

 

Australia Shipping (Australia Post)

£12.50 - for orders up to £10

£20.00 - for orders between £10 and £90

£30.00 - for orders between £90 and £200

 

If you would like me to use a different courier please contact me for a quote, likewise if your order is greater than £200.

Please note: If your order is delivered outside the UK, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and charges in the destination country. Freckles Designs is not responsible for such charges. You, the customer, will be liable for any and all duties or levies.

Orders made using a credit card from outside the United Kingdom may incur a Foreign Transaction Fee, which you will be liable to pay.
